DATA CONSERVATION CRITERIA

At www.ebir.com personal data is processed and will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the purpose of the processing and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or their total destruction. Additionally, personal data will be processed during the following periods:

General contact: the data conservation period will be extended until the user expressly expresses his or her right to deletion.
Work with us: The data will be kept as long as the candidate does not express his or her right to cancel.

The data will be kept as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. In any case, after three months from the introduction of the data, it will be deleted from the complaints system, unless the purpose of the conservation is to leave evidence of the functioning of the model for preventing the commission of crimes by the legal entity. After the aforementioned period, the data may continue to be processed by the body responsible for the investigation of the reported events and will not be kept in the internal complaints information system itself.

Likewise, those who fill out forms by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form, expressly, freely and unequivocally accept the privacy terms, and that the data included voluntarily in the remaining fields is necessary to respond to your request on our part. The user guarantees that the personal data provided to EBIR is true and is responsible for communicating any modification.
